Part-2 | Beginner to Intermediate Level

BREATHWORK & PRANAYAMA

On 10th April | Sunday | 9-11 am

“For me, it was the emotional release, the freedom, and liberation from my thoughts, and the flooding of gratitude that brought me back to the practice again and again. It felt drastically better after each session, and found it to be so healing that I decided to get certified in order to teach the self-help tool to others. I have seen breathing exercises serve as an emotional release for people struggling with stress, anxiety, insomnia, and depression.

Every time you would go back to the breath, you would have an intense experience, sometimes even a breakthrough. You feel the effects during the session but also after – behaviors change, you start seeing the world differently without the lenses of your conditioning and beliefs. Of course, this is all if you desire to do the work and change for the better.”

Who can benefit from this Workshop?

    • While this Workshop will be immensely helpful to manage stress, anxiety, fear, grief, sadness, anger, insomnia etc, it will also be very nourishing for those who are doing well and feel ready for the next opening – the next layer of love, peace, gratitude, clarity, connection, and insights.
    • This is what most people seek when meditating, and Pranayama takes you to that place very quickly, by withdrawing your senses from outside world to within – called ‘Pratyahara’ in eight-fold-path of Ashtanga Yoga.

What will you experience?

    • The relaxing effects of a class can be immediate, but profound cumulative effects come from turning your sessions into regular occurrences. Ideally, a 20 to 30 minutes practice in the morning would be wonderful. However, even just spending three minutes each morning consciously breathing can help change the projection of your entire day.
    • As you breathe, you will become aware of thoughts, feelings, memories, and patterns that are not aligned with love and self-love. After a few minutes of practice, you emerge from the depths of your inner mind and shift your focus back to the environment. You feel clarity, lightness, and energized, having sent oxygen to the body’s vital organs. This is all connected to the body’s parasympathetic nervous system activity. The experience of the relaxation response is like a miniature vacation from the stress of life and your breath is the only vehicle needed.

What will you learn?

    • Breath Awareness
    • 6 types of Alom-Vilom
    • 4 types of Kapalbhati
    • Relaxation method for Deep Sleep

Outcomes – facial glow, enhanced lung capacity, metabolism & digestion, calmness, better sleep and instant joy

Let’s release the stagnant energy, creating more space for inherent life force to flow through you. Let’s drop into a deeper state of being, where healing, spirit and love resides.
